We are the community of Beverly Glen protecting the area from countless developers/landowners that have gotten stuck trying to build and then resorting to peddling worthless land with bogus plans to try to recoup their losses. This is the third developer getting stuck trying to build on this street in the past 10 years.

This lot is not buildable because it would require a huge retaining wall (larger than the code permits) and a huge turn around. The owner tried to get variances including height restrictions and setbacks but the community and LA Planning refused most of them rendering the project worthless..
